'The Garnaut Review is of special importance in its combination of a global view and the perspective from one country. It adopts a way forward for global action on climate change and how Australia can and should manage its own role. At the same time it deepens the shared analytical basis for action. It is a great achievement.' Sir Nicholas Stern
