...a well-written, authoritative, and innovative treatment manual for disease and contamination fears that is sure to set a new standard for research and treatment of this disorder. It is probably the most important book published in the last few decades on this particular sub-type of OCD and it promises to stimulate our research and invogorate our treatment of this rather intransigent fear. The book shold be required reading for any mental health professional who treats anxiety disorders, especially OCD.
