The Constitution in the Courts

While the right-wing says we should abandon politics in favour of the 'original meaning' of the Constitution, and the left-wing says that all adjudication is necessarily political, Perry stakes out a middle ground, saying that there is an original meaning to the Constitution and that it authorized broad judicial discretion.
