Once upon a time people believed if someone dies the wind accompanies his soul into the netherworld . But sometimes , only sometimes the wind brings back the soul just to be near once again to loved persons and to assist them in their biggest fears and distress. - to remind them of their dreams.

In different decades Tom and his son Jan are reaching a crossroads of their life. The loss of a loved person has taken away their dreams and hopes. The meeting with the master of winds at their place of refuge at the seaside shows them some ways to learn to say "yes" to their dreams, but also to love and pain. But first of all they have to learn that even saying farewell can be the beginning of a new fantastic journey. A journey full of grief , hope and love and about the magical genesis of falling stars.
