Annette Harder was full professor of Ancient Greek at the University of Groningen from 1991– 2017. She has published widely on Hellenistic poetry, including an edition with introduction and commentary of Callimachus' Aetia in 2012. She has organized the Groningen Workshops on Hellenistic poetry since 1992 and co-edited the workshops' proceedings. Kloosterpublished widely on narratology and Hellenistic poetry (including Poetry as Window and Mirror. Positioning the Poet in Hellenistic Poetry,( 2011) and has co-edited the volumes of the renowned Groningen Workshops on Hellenistic poetry.
