Daniela Monteiro Gabbay is Professor of Civil Procedure, Strategies and Mediation at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School in São Paulo, Brazil. José Garcez Ghirardi is a professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School in São Paulo, Brazil, where he acted as the methodology coordinator from 2009-2010. He is an accredited member of the Brazilian Bar Association. David M. Trubek is Voss-Bascom Professor of Law and Dean of International Studies Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Senior Research Fellow at the Center on the Legal Profession, Harvard Law School. David B. Wilkins is the Lester Kissel Professor of Law, Vice Dean for Global Initiatives on the Legal Profession, and Faculty Director of the Center on the Legal Profession at Harvard Law School. He is also a Senior Research Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Harvard University Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics.
