Ritesh Kumar Mishra is an isotope cosmochemist and remote sensing researcher with extensive experience in planetary science, geochronology, and instrumentation. He has been a NASA NPP Fellow at Johnson Space Center and a Humboldt Fellow at Heidelberg, with research stints at Carnegie Institution and Smithsonian. He has advised on SIMS instrumentation installations and operator training for the Geological Survey of India and Inter University Accelerator Centre, and contributed to Europlanet 2024 grant projects. He serves as a NASA reviewer for fellowships, and has consulted for Ametek Cameca. His work bridges cosmochemistry and remote sensing through isotope measurements and data integration. Kuljeet Kaur Marhas, is a planetary scientist and isotope cosmochemist. Her research spans planetary materials, meteoritics, and geochronology, with emphasis on isotopic and elemental analyses of meteorites (including Apollo, Wild-2, Itokawa, and Ryugu) to illuminate the origins and evolution of the early solar system. She also investigates stellar nucleosynthesis through presolar grains and the role of organics in protoplanetary environments. Her career includes high-profile fellowships and appointments: Fulbright Fellow at the Carnegie Institution of Sciences (2022–23), NASA NPP Fellow at Johnson Space Center (2014–16), and Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at Heidelberg (2016–18). She has advised on numerous research projects, led instrument-related collaborations (e.g., SIMS developments), and collaborated with NASA, CNRS, JAXA, and other international institutions. Dr. Marhas serves on multiple scientific committees and editorial boards, chairs and co-chairs sessions at international meetings, and mentors a broad cohort of students and early-career researchers, contributing to capacity-building in planetary science and cosmochemistry.
