Tony Griffin is an Irish author, performance coach, and youth development facilitator. A former Clare GAA hurler and All-Star, he co-founded the Soar Foundation and has spent over twenty years delivering personal development programmes to young people across Ireland. He is the author of The Teenager's Book of Life, now in its third edition, and works as a performance psychology coach and a youth facilitator. His first book Screaming at the Sky was a best-selling and multi award nominated book. He lives in County Kildare with his partner and two sons.
