Fabiano Armellini, eng. D.Sc., is a professor of entrepreneurship and innovation in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal, director of the STR (Society, Technology and Responsibility) research group, and academic co-lead of the Invention to Innovation (i2I) program for French-speaking Canada. He holds bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo in Brazil. Prior to professorship, Dr. Armellini gained 10 years of experience as a practitioner in innovation management and product engineering, primarily in the aerospace and defense sectors, and is the co-founder of two successful companies in these fields. As a researcher, Dr. Armellini has co-authored over 100 publications and scientific communications. His research focuses on techno-entrepreneurship and technology and innovation management, with a particular interest in the strategic management of open and collaborative innovation within ecosystems. Syrine Njah, eng, M.Sc., is a member of the Smart-Digital-Green (SDG) Innovation Network, where she holds the position of coordinator of the Digital Transformation Initiative, a program funded by the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, and Energy of Quebec to support SMEs in enhancing productivity through digital transformation. Syrine's research and professional interests include Industry 4.0, strategic planning, digital maturity, and lean management. She has led projects in the manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace sectors aimed at improving productivity and advancing digital maturity. She has been also a member of the organizing committees of several conferences in her field, including Product Lifecycle Management 2023 and the International Association for Management of Technology conference 2025. Elaine Mosconi is a Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Quantitative Methods at the Business School of Université de Sherbrooke, Canada. She serves as Scientific Director of the Research Center on Intelligent Organizations and Digital Competence Director for the Smart and Digital Green Innovation Network. Dr. Mosconi is also Director of the Postgraduate Program in Managing Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Mosconi has coauthored papers in academic conferences and journals related to data and digital literacy for managers, digital transformation, business intelligence, analytics, and AI integration. Currently, she serves as President-Elect of the Canadian Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (CANAIS) and Past-President of the Special Interest Group on Organizational Systems Research Association (SIG OSRA), both within the AIS. She is also a member of the IAMOT (International Association for Management of Technology) Board committee. Breno Nunes : is the President of IAMOT - The International Association for Management of Technology (www.iamot.net) - and associate editor for IEEE Engineering Management Review. He is currently Reader (Associate Professor) in Sustainable Operations Management at Aston Business School and the main author of the book "Sustainable Operations Management: Key practices and cases" published by Routledge and used in 152 institutions and 39 countries. He is a leading researcher in the field of Sustainability Strategy and Sustainable Innovation and published widely in high-impact journals. Holding a PhD degree in Management from Aston University, he works closely with various senior managers and CEOs advising on strategic decisions. He leads the Sustainable Growth Hub at Aston and knowledge-transfer partnership projects focused on sustainable manufacturing strategy.
