An absolute must for any coffee table at home."— Peta Stapleton, PhD, author of EFT for Teens, Tapping in the Classroom and The Science Behind Tapping"The two hardest things about being a parent are: How can we take care of ourselves when there are others who rely on us being present, and wondering if we're going to do something wrong to mess them up for life?"Nick’s work has helped our family learn the tools to help lessen the worry and fear around raising kids. We've used these techniques for ourselves to address our fears of being parents and to calm ourselves down when we're on the edge. We've also used tapping with our children to help our son relax when he's having a tantrum, and even using it to help our daughter with toilet training!"We highly, highly recommend this book!"— Kevin and Annmarie Gianni, founders of Annmarie Gianni Skin Care
