Laurence B. McCullough, Ph.D., is Professor of Medicine, Community Medicine and Medical Ethics at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He is also the author, with Frank A. Chervenak, of Ethics in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OUP, 1994).James W. Jones, M.D., Ph.D., is Professor of Surgery, Cell Biology and Medical Ethics at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He is also Chief of Surgical Service at the Houston Veterans Affairs Medical Center.Baruch A. Brody, Ph.D., is the Leon Jaworski Professor of Biomedical Ethics and Director of the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine.
