She has won numerous awards, including the Children's Book Award and the Silver Smarties Prize, and has been shortlisted for the Whitbread Award. Jeanne is a great animal-lover and thinks all cats are super, if not super-powered.Jim Field hails from the town of Farnborough (the one with the Airshow). He drew from a very early age with a burning ambition to 'make cartoons' and after studying animation at Hull School of Art and Design, made his way into the industry while also penning his way as a freelance illustrator.
