Dr. M S Vijaya Kumar obtained his Doctoral Degree from Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan. He did his post-doctoral research work at Tufts University, Boston, USA. Dr. Kumar has the vision of fostering academic learning and research among students and research scholars for the development of innovative concepts and products to the betterment of society.
