Pamela A. Lemoine, (Ed.D., University of Louisiana Lafayette), a former P12 school and district administrator, teaches instructional leadership and administration and directs the global leadership Ph.D. program at Troy University.Delaine Dupree Bennett (Ed.D., Columbus State University), previously a school administrator, studied educational leadership concentrating on virtual schools. As a Troy University professor, she teaches in the instructional leadership and administration program.Evan G.
