This collection is comprised of autobiographic poems spanning from the 1950s to present. They include parents, grandparents & friends. There is a traveling sense of time as the poems move through seven decades. The more recent poems deal with being present in the everyday things that we do. There is some reference to endings; i.e. Not Yet is one poem that speaks to it. There are also meta poems within this collection. Brooklyn was a great place to grow up, and to leave after high school to travel, to work, to attend college and grad school, to start a business, to retire.
