Professor Alexander M. Tarasyev is the Head of the Department of Dynamical Systems at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences. Maksimov is the Head of the Department of Differential Equations at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
