RAPHAEL COHEN-ALMAGOR is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Communication, University of Haifa and Visiting Scholar at University College School of Law, Los Angeles. He was awarded the Fulbright-Yitzhak Rabin Award 1999-2000. Dr. Cohen-Almagor is the author of The Boundaries of Liberty and Tolerance (1994) the editor of Liberal Democracy and the Limits of Tolerance (1999) and Basic Issues in Israeli Democracy (1999).
