Festus E. Obiakor, Ph.D., is the Chief Executive Manager, Sunny Educational Consulting, Shorewood, Wisconsin. He is teacher, scholar, leader, and consultant who has served as Distinguished Visiting Professor at a variety of universities. Jeffrey P.
