Nicholas J. Long is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow in Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge, where he is also a Junior Research Fellow at St Catharine's College. He is the co-editor of Southeast Asian Perspectives on Power (Routledge 2012) and author of Being Malay in Indonesia (NUS/KITLV/University of Hawai'i Press, forthcoming). Henrietta L. Moore is the William Wyse Chair of Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge. Her most recent book is Still Life: Hopes, Desires and Satisfactions (Polity Press 2011).
