Social and Environmental Policies in EC Procurement Law

Sue Arrowsmith is Professor of Public Procurement Law and Director of the Public Procurement Research Group in the School of Law, University of Nottingham, an Adjunct Professor at Copenhagen Business School and a Foundation Professor of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). She is also a member of the EC's Advisory Committee for the Opening Up of Public Procurement and Editor of the Public Procurement Law Review. Peter Kunzlik is Professor of Law and Director of the City Law School at City University, where he is pro-Vice Chancellor. He is also a Barrister and a non-practising member of Hailsham Chambers, Temple, London.
