Professor Doctor of Law Agnessa O. She is Head of the basic Department of the Southern Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Frolova holds Doctor of Law and is Professor, Head of the Department of civil law and procedure and international private law of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University); she is Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation, Honorary Professor of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (China) and Research Supervisor (consultant) of the department of financial law and legal regulation of economic activity of the Belarusian State University.
