Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is also serving as Head: Computer Sc. Engg. & Information Technology in the same university. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 21 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 40 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as “Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. He is Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of CSI.Angela Lee Siew Hoong is Deputy Dean (Employability & Alumni) at the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. Prof Angela Lee has been developing data science curriculum more than 10 years, and she is the key person to introduce Data Science degree at Sunway University. She was recently awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award and SAS Global Forum Distinguished Educator Award for Asia Pacific Category. She regularly speaks at data science conferences. Angela has developed many innovative ways to use analytics and data science tools from the most elementary level to advanced analytics. She teaches Social Media Analytics, Visual Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence and has authored many published international journals in the area of churn analytics, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics.Jude Dzevela Kong, Canada Research Chair in Community-Oriented AI and Mathematical Modeling at the University of Toronto and a member of the RSC College, pioneers equitable, mathematical and AI-driven solutions for global health crises. He founded and directs AI4PEP, ACADIC, AIMMLab, and REASURE2, advancing community-led innovation across the Global South and Canada. With 151+ publications and multiple awards, including the 2025 DLSPH's Excellence in Research, he shapes health policy, empowers underrepresented STEM scholars, and drives inclusive, Southern-led scientific collaboration.Dr. Junali Jasmine Jena has above 7 years of experience in teaching under-graduate and post-graduate students in the field of Computer Science and Information technology. She did her B.Tech. and Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. She completed her Ph.D. in the area of Evolutionary Algorithms with 7 SCI publications from KIIT (Deemed to be university), India. Her research area includes machine learning, soft computing methods for pattern recognition, evolutionary algorithms for optimization problems and Data Analysis in the field of Software Engineering. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in School of Computer Engineering, KIIT (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, India. She has more than 30 SCOPUS and SCI indexed research articles and two published ISBN books. She is currently guiding 3 Ph.D. students and has guided more than 6 MTech scholars. She is an active reviewer for many journals and international conferences. She has ample experience to organize special sessions and also chaired special sessions in various conferences by Springer. She has delivered invited talks in a few of the conferences and workshops in Evolutionary optimization techniques.
