Dr. Ehsan Khajeh is an assistant professor of business processes and operations management at Coventry University, with extensive international academic and professional experience. He holds a PhD in management and business from Kingston University London, an MBA from Staffordshire University (UK), and a bachelor’s degree in e-commerce from Staffordshire University (Malaysia). He has gained substantial international experience in management and consulting across Malaysia and the United Kingdom.Dr. Khajeh’s expertise lies in operations and supply chain management, with particular research interests in Industry 4.0, queuing theory, behavioral operations management, and logistics. He is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. His scholarly contributions reflect a commitment to advancing knowledge in operations and supply chain strategies in dynamic global contexts.Dr. Zahra Mohammadnazari received her BSc and MSc in industrial engineering from the University of Tehran and later earned a Master of Research (MRes) in business management and social science from Kingston University London in 2022. Her doctoral research centered on blockchain applications in supply chain optimization, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technologies and practical industry challenges.Dr. Mohammadnazari has collaborated with scholars and academics across diverse disciplines and international contexts. She also brings significant teaching expertise, having worked with undergraduate and postgraduate students from a wide range of cultural and academic backgrounds. Her research interests span optimization, supply chain management, performance assessment, data analytics, and uncertainty modeling. In addition, she actively contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer and guest editor for several esteemed academic journals.
