He is also the President-Elect and member of Board of Directors for Society of Computer Simulation International. His other publications include the Springer book: Guide to Simulation-Based Disciplines: Advancing Our Computational Future, co-edited with Dr. Ören. Dr. Tuncer Ören is a Professor Emeritus of Computer Science in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Ottawa, Canada.
