HENG CHOON (OLIVER) CHAN, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Criminology at City University of Hong Kong , Hong Kong, SAR. He received his Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of South Florida, USA. Over the years, Dr. Chan has been awarded a number of awards to recognize his outstanding research performance and contributions to professional education.
