Dr. habil. Eng. Anna Brzozowska is an Associate Professor in the field of economics, specializing in management sciences. She currently works at the Department of Logistics at the Faculty of Management, Częstochowa University of Technology. Her research and academic activities focus on management processes, particularly on the use of information and communication technologies in decision-making, logistics, and marketing. She is also interested in the institutional environment influencing organizational efficiency and development in the context of European integration. Her main scientific interests concern the application of information technologies in management and business, project management, including projects co-financed by the European Union, as well as management and marketing in agribusiness and the role of logistics and marketing as supporting elements of management processes. She continuously develops these areas through participation in national and international research projects, involvement in academic and R&D teams, and collaboration with businesses as well as local and regional authorities. She is the author or co-author of approximately 190 scientific publications, including monographs, book chapters, and articles in national and international journals. Her professional achievements also include participation in numerous implementation projects and active engagement in the development of young researchers and the promotion of science.Wojciech Dyduch was born in Krakow. He is currently vice-rector for education and international cooperation and the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship at the University of Economics in Katowice. He is also a member of the Council of Scientific Excellence and the chairman of the Committee of Organization and Management Sciences. Previously, he was vice-dean for didactics, then vice-rector for education as well as a vice-dean for development at the University of Economics in Katowice. Author and co-author of over 150 scientific publications, including books, among them entitled: "Creative strategy of the organization", Publishing House of the University of Economics in Katowice, Katowice 2014. The manager of several grants awarded by the National Science Center, he is mainly a researcher of strategic management and organizational entrepreneurship problems. Currently he mainly deals with the issues of creative projects in organizations, organizational effectiveness, creating and capturing values by entrepreneurial organizations, measuring organizational entrepreneurship.Barbara Pabian is a professor at the University of Economics in Katowice. She is the author and co-author of approx. 150 scientific papers, including 8 books and articles, published in prestigious international journals. Her research interests include issues related to the implementation of the sustainable management concept into various industries and sectors of the economy. She co-organized and participated in multiple international conferences and student-doctoral seminars, being a member of their Program and Scientific Councils. Conducted international research activities and participated in ERASMUS+ academic exchange programs (Turkey, Ukraine). She served as the dean of the Faculty of Tourism at the Hotel Management and Tourism High School in Czestochowa. She is a member of the Commission for the Acceptance of Scientific and Research Works in the discipline of Management Science and Quality. She serves as an expert of the National Institute of Rural Culture and Heritage in Warsaw. For her research activities, she has been honoured with numerous awards and grants from the Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice. For her activities in the field of teaching she was awarded the Medal of National Education.Aleksander Pabian holds the position of assistant profesor at Częstochowa University of Technology, Częstochowa, Poland. He conducts there scientific activity focused mainly on management and logistics. It is focused both on following national and international achievements as well as on internationalizing his own scientific work. To this date, he has published two independent scientific monographs (another three in co-authorship). He is also the author or co-author of more than 70, other publications, including those published in prestigious scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences, included in the list of the Minister of Education and Science, characterized by a high visibility index, indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded, Web of Science, Scopus and other databases. He has also participated in over 40 national and international scientific conferences, organized both in Poland and abroad.Magdalena Sobocińska is a professor of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. She specialises in issues related to the use of the new media in management and marketing, marketing research, consumption development processes, sustainable development and the functioning of the cultural sphere. An author and co-author of over 230 publications in this field in the form of monographs, chapters in monographs and textbooks, and articles. She is a co-editor of 8 issues of Scientific Papers of Wroclaw University of Economics and 3 monographs devoted to the issues of marketing research. She received the award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for the doctoral dissertation. Her postdoctoral monograph was awarded in the competition for scientific works by the Committee on Organizational and Management of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is a member of the Board at the Polish Scientific Marketing Society. She is Rector's Representative for Cooperation with the Polish and Czech Association of Universities.
