LEONARD J. HOPPER, FASLA, is Chief Landscape Architect and Head of the New York City Housing Authority's Landscape Architecture division, and a faculty member at the City College School of Architecture and Environmental Studies, where he's taught the technology sequence courses in the urban landscape architecture program for more than a decade.MARTHA J. DROGE, ASSOCIATE MEMBER, ASLA, is a landscape designer and urban planner with Ayers/Saint/Gross in Baltimore, Maryland.
