Secondary Privatization in Transition Economies

Barbara Blaszczyk is a Professor at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is a co-founder and President of the board of the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE Foundation), Warsaw, Poland. She served as adviser to the Polish government and Parliament in the years 1989-1996. Iraj Hoshi is Reader in Economics at Staffordshire University Business School, UK. He has acted as consultant and advisor to research institutions in Albania, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Poland, Romania and Russia. Richard Woodward is a member of the CASE Foundation in Warsaw. He is also their External Contacts Officer.
