Kevin Silber is Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Derby, UK. Educated at Manchester University in Physiology and Psychology, he then went onto a lecturing career that now spans 29 years. During that time he has been a lecturer, a programme leader and a head of department, and he has also examined A level psychology. During this time his focus has been on learning and teaching and, especially the transition from secondary to tertiary education.
