Kes Gray is a British author who exploded onto shelves with his debut, prize-winning picture book, Eat Your Peas, and has just been awarded the Series Platinum Award in the 2026 Bestsellers Awards for his Oi Frog! series, which has sold over two million copies. His books can be poignant or hilarious – and are used by carers, teachers, and librarians to get children into and hooked on reading.Jack Viant is an Illustrator, Designer and Lecturer from Plymouth, UK. He is inspired by cartoons, picture books, packaging, toys and advertising campaigns aimed at children. As a 90’s kid, Jack grew up with angular cartoons, absurd characters, and even more ridiculous storylines so he tries to bring an element of this into his work. He likes to sketch with a good old fashioned mechanical pencil or uni-ball pen, and crafts his images digitally using a mixture of software, machines and coffee. Jack wants to connect with adults and children through his work, teaching valuable lessons, and bringing joy where possible by channeling the ridiculous.
