BEN EKLOF is Associate Professor of History at Indiana University and author of Russian Peasant Schools. JOHN BUSHNELL is Professor of History at Northwestern University and author of Mutiny amid Repression. LARISSA ZAKHAROVA is Professor of History at Moscow State University.
