Black is the Director of the Centre for Research on Canadian-Russian Relations and an Emeritus Professor of Carleton University, Canada.Michael Johns is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Laurentian University-Barrie Campus, Canada.The editors were assisted by Alanda D.
