This book is the follow-up research and practical achievement of the national science and technology support project “Research on the planning standards of villages, townships and rural communities” and “Research on the planning technology of rural settlements” in the eleventh five-year plan. The whole book is divided into three parts. The first part puts forward the “three suitability principles” of suitable for environment, technology and human settlement, the “Trinity” ideology of industrial economy, social culture and spatial environment and the cognitive framework, “three levels”, including township, village and village construction, constructing the theory of “Beautiful Countryside” construction. The second part based on rural planning and construction practice of 7 typical villages in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, interpreting targeted planning and construction strategies. The third part focuses on the display and analysis of the whole process of the rural construction of Shatan village, Yutou Township, Huangyan District.This book combines theory and practice with typical cases study.
