Lucy Holmes is taunted by her neighbor, Ruby. Ruby is an evil witch that bedevils Lucy throughout her childhood. As Lucy gets older, she begins embracing her own intuitive gifts and abilities, which causes the witch to become even more interested in pursuing her. When Lucy becomes trapped between worlds, her big sister and good friends must work to save Lucy before Ruby finds her.
