Ben Herzog is a Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor in the U.S.) at the Ben-Gurion Research Institute, at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2012–2013 Ben Herzog served as the William Lyon Mackenzie King Research Fellow at the Canada Program of Harvard's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs.Ediberto Román is Professor of Law at Florida International University. He is the author of The Other American Colonies: An International and Constitutional Law Examination of the United States' Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Island Conquests, and edits the NYU Press series Citizenship and Migration in the Americas.
