Aleksandra Kania, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Competitiveness at Poznań University of Economics and Business. She holds a doctoral degree in economics and has participated in a range of national and international research and teaching projects conducted in cooperation with academic partners from the European Union and the United States. Her research is situated at the intersection of international business and strategic analysis, with a particular focus on firm behaviour, supply chain resilience, and organisational adjustment under conditions of economic and geopolitical uncertainty.
