Andreas Niederberger is Professor at the Institute of Philosophy, University of Duisburg-Essen. His research focuses on cosmopolitan political and legal philosophy and the history of constitutionalist ideas. Recent book publications are Demokratie unter Bedingungen der Weltgesellschaft?
