Prof. Abdellah Henni received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Sétif and the University of M’sila, respectively. His Ph.D. thesis was entitled Elaboration of thin films based on metal oxides on transparent supports and their photovoltaic applications. In 2015, he joined the University of Kasdi Merbah (Ouargla, Algeria) as an Associate Professor. He is currently a researcher in the Laboratory of Dynamics, Interactions and Reactivity of Systems at the University of Ouargla (Algeria), and a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biology at Cégep de Valleyfield (Québec, Canada). Dr. Henni also serves as a reviewer for numerous international scientific journals indexed in WoS and Scopus. His research interests focus on the development of advanced engineered nanomaterials and thin films for optoelectronic applications. He has extensive experience in the fabrication, processing, and characterization of both inorganic and organic nanomaterials.Prof. Abdelazim Negm is Professor of hydraulics (and water resources) in the water and water structures engineering department at the Faculty of Engineering at Zagazig University (ZU). He worked as a demonstrator in the Faculty of Engineering, ZU, in 1986 and continued there until he occupied the position of Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs. He worked at the Egypt–Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) as a Professor of Water Resources from December 2012 to September 2016. He served as Chairperson of the Environmental Engineering Department at E-JUST from March 2013 to March 2016. Professor Negm has published more than 350 scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences, and about 100 book chapters. He has participated in over eighty-five conferences and served as a Keynote Speaker at several national and international conferences. He has been awarded prizes for best papers three times. His research areas include hydraulics, hydrology, and water resources. Currently, he is very interested in sustainability studies, sustainable development, and the green environment in addition to water resources management. He is a member of the editorial board of several scientific journals and international conferences and was a member of the organizing committee of Oceanography 2015. Additionally, he was Secretary-General of the IWTC from 2013 until 2017 and then Member of the scientific committee.
