Remembering Romford

During the twentieth century Romford has developed almost out of all recognition, from a quiet market town to today's shopping and entertainment centre. In his new book well-known local historian Brian Evans explores this dramatic story - not just illustrating the new buildings and developing streetscenes but also the town's changing society and social life.
