In its complexity, Religion in Tudor England presents an indispensable and innovative tool for the rediscovery of otherwise inaccessible selections, texts, and pamphlets for the academic community. The volume, in addition to bringing to light these writings of decisive importance, constitutes a valuable opportunity for deepening and stimulating new research on the religious climate, factions, and tensions that pervaded the British Isles during the troubled hundred years following the succession of the Tudors to the English throne. -- Stefano Colavecchia -- Sixteenth Century Journal
