Eleonora Veglianti PhD is an Associate Professor of Business Organizations and Human Resource Management (HRM) at Kedge Business School, Paris campus, France. She holds a fractional post at the University of Bradford, UK, where she teaches qualitative research methods. She is the founding Editor of Health Policy and Technology, published by Elsevier. The journal gained an impact factor within three years of its launch. Her current research projects focus on artificial intelligence regulation, digital technology transformation, and financial technologies, including crypto-assets and decentralized finance. Her main research interests include mentoring, learning processes, knowledge creation and sharing, event management, e-HRM, artificial intelligence and its impact on organizational and HRM processes and policies, digital recruitment, the integration of digital and smart technologies into organizational dynamics, social inclusion, disability management, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She particularly focuses on these themes within service-oriented sectors such as educational institutions (school systems and universities), the tourism industry (hospitality and the cruise sector), cultural heritage organizations (museums), healthcare organizations, and related contexts. She also serves on scientific and organizing committees, participates in academic associations, and is actively involved in editorial boards.
