He is the author and/or co-author of an extensive list of publications on topics of Financial and Banking Legislation and founding partner of the law firm Annunziata & Conso, in Milan.Rosa Maria Lastra is the Sir John Lubbock Chair in Banking Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. She has served as consultant to the IMF, ECB, World Bank, European Central Bank, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, House of Lords and European Parliament. She is Co-Director of the Sovereign Debt Forum; Academic Board Member, European Banking Institute (EBI), Frankfurt.
