Jędrzej Górski, MJur (Warsaw), PhD (CUHK) is an independent consultant in international trade, infrastructure, and government procurement policy and regulation. He has a diverse background in consultancy and research, also covering development finance, and the regulatory aspects of infrastructure and energy sectors. Dr. Górski conducted research at institutions, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Melbourne Law School, UCL Australia, and City University of Hong Kong. He also has prior experience with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP in Warsaw. His academic contributions include several co-edited volumes on international economic law and political economy, regional integration, as well as social license and energy transitions.Makane Moïse Mbengue is Professor of International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva and Director of the Department of International Law and International Organization. He is also an Affiliate Professor at Sciences Po Paris (School of Law). He holds a Ph.D. in Public International Law from the University of Geneva. Since 2017, he is the President of the African Society of International Law (AfSIL). He is also an Associate Member of the Institut de Droit International and a Member of the Curatorium of The Hague Academy of International Law. He is a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.Kehinde Folake Olaoye is an assistant professor of commercial law at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), College of Law, Qatar. Before joining HBKU, she was a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong. Kehinde obtained degrees in law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, King’s College London and the University of Ibadan. She is qualified to practice law in Nigeria and worked as an international arbitration and dispute resolution trainee in the Hong Kong office of an international law firm.
