Regional Economic Integration and Dispute Settlement in East Asia

Anna G Tevini is an attorney with Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York whose practice focuses on international arbitration and Asia-related internal investigations. She holds a PhD degree in law (summa cum laude) from Göttingen University, Germany, and an LLM degree from New York University. Her doctoral dissertation, on which this book is based, was awarded Göttingen University’s Law Faculty Award for Best Thesis in 2012. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Anna has lived in China and Southeast Asia at various times during the past 20 years. She is a member of the Asian Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a senior fellow of the Melton Foundation.
