The writing has a lightness of touch that draws the attention of the reader in and makes this a book that will devoured in a short space of time.Whilst all the major models are covered, the strength of this book lies in its ability to explore the transformative power of reflection and to show how reflection is a state of mind, rather than a series of practical tasks.
