An essential element in the efforts to eradicate it is the development of a legal and judicial framework at the international and domestic level within which to fight the scourge of corruption. The book discusses a range of approaches to the fight against corruption. It is comprehensive, insightful, and is a significant contribution to the search for effective approaches to the fight against corruption.’
