Peter Donnelly is an award-winning Irish author and illustrator based in Wicklow. His award-winning and bestselling books The President’s Glasses, The President’s Cat and The President’s Surprise are much-loved favourites with children all over Ireland. His lockdown picture book, Up on the Mountain, was an ode to the Irish countryside.
