Dr. Jacqueline T. Fish has invested more than 45 years in the field of Criminal Justice. From serving as a law enforcement officer to realizing her dream of becoming a college professor, Dr. Fish has focused on Crime Scene Investigation and Forensics throughout her career. Recognized as one of the first Senior Crime Scene Analysts by the International Association of Identification (1980), Dr. Fish has led the way in training and education of police officers.Mr. Edward William Wallace Jr. served the NYPD for over 20 years and retired in April 2004. During his tenure with the NYPD, Mr. Wallace performed various law enforcement duties including, Crime Scene Investigator, and Counter Terrorism Investigator. Mr. Wallace held the coveted NYPD rank of Detective First Grade. Mr. Wallace spent 15 years in Crime Scene Investigations and investigated 2656 crimes scenes including both World Trade Center Attacks, the October 2001 Anthrax Attack, and has given testimony as a forensic expert in 398 trials.Robert N. Stout has more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and hazardous materials. His law enforcement experience includes serving as sergeant for the Virginia State Police, deputy/paramedic for the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office, and in motor carrier safety/hazardous material team/environmental crimes investigations for the Virginia State Police. Additionally, he has served as a course developer and lead instructor at Louisiana State University (LSU) in the National Center For Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT), vetted as a course developer and lead instructor for the U.S. Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service in the Antiterrorism Assistance Program (ATAP), course developer and instructor at the Central Virginia Criminal Justice Academy (CVCJA), and as a professor of criminal Justice at the Central Virginia Community College (CVCC).
