Anne Leslie is an award‑winning technology risk leader and Head of Cloud Risk at IBM. She previous held leadership roles at Pikcio, BearingPoint and Invoke. She works with senior leaders on governing complex, multi-year technology transitions and navigating emerging technology risk in conditions of uncertainty. Her work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance and board‑level decision‑making, with particular emphasis on sense‑making, judgement and accountability in long‑horizon transitions such as post‑quantum cryptography.
