David Boucher is Professorial Fellow and Assistant Head of School, Research, School of European Studies, Cardiff University, UK. He is Adjunct Professor of International Relations at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia, and Director of the Collingwood and British Idealism Centre at Cardiff, UK. His most recent books are Theories of International Relations from Thucydides to the Present, British Idealism and Political Theory (with Andrew Vincent), and Poets of Rock and Roll: Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen. His recent edited books include Political Thinkers (with Paul Kelly), The Scottish Idealists, and The Philosophy of Enchantment, by R.G.Collingwood (with Philip Smallwood & Wendy James). Gary Browning is Professor of Politics at Oxford Brookes University, UK. He is the author of Plato and Hegel: Two Modes of Philosophising About Politics, Hegel and the History of Political Philosophy, Lyotard and the End of Grand Narratives, and Rethinking R.G.Collingwood: Philosophy, Politics the Unity of Theory and Practice. He has co-edited and co-written other works including Understanding Contemporary Society: Theories of the Present, and he is co-editor of the journal Contemporary Political Theory.
